Hi,
The controller may have failed. Let's start simple. There are two fuses I need you to check. Both are in the fuse box under the dash.
I attached a pic below for you to help locate the fuses. Check them both. Also, it is important that we confirm there is power to and from them. Here is a link that explains how it's done.
