My heat stop working when you turn the heat on it is blowing out cold air.

Make sure you check your coolant level. Also, is the engine running at normal operating temperature? A bad thermostat could cause this.

When you command heat and cool, can you hear the mode door move in the dash?

Under the hood, the heater hoses, if you feel them, are they both hot?
