Headlights, horn, camera not working

Horn quit working, the camera had become sporadic. today I noticed it wouldn't stay on the selected "back up assistant" or camera, whichever it says. One headlight went out by en the other, though bright lights work. Now the airbag light is on and also "Service advance trac" light. Question is, what electronics is the issue?

This is common when the BCM is going out. To confirm lets run a CAN scan by watching this video, Also I have included the BCM replacement instruction in the diagrams below.
