Headlights, brake lights and fuel gauge quit working

Headlights and brake lights both quit, lights came on when hit dimmer switch once then nothing else, fuel gauge quit also.

Hello,

There are fusible links by the starter and battery pull on them to see if any are rubbery or fried.
