Headlights, running or fog or low/high beams are not working?

There are 2 fuses to check that power the control modules, Fuse 16 in the under-hood fuse box and Fuse 3 in the rear fuse box. There are no fuses for the lights themselves, as they are powered through the front fuse box logic systems directly. A quick test would be to turn the lights on and see if the dash indicators for high beams and fog lamps turn on, that might at least tell you if it's in the data network or the lighting module that is part of the front fuse box. Unfortunately, that system is computer controlled so doing much testing without having a high level scan tool is very limited. That is because instead of the switches and controls being real on and off types, they only send a digital signal through the data network to tell the body module and the lighting module to turn on off or dim the lights. The module then does whatever is requested.
