Headlight wiring diagram for signal/ww/cruise multifunction lever on left side of steering colomn?

I have just recently purchased this vehicle as a project to learn. The automatic headlamps and DRLs won't come on due to someone putting a d blue wire into random port at connector to use the high beams with lamps pointed downward. The port is already occupied so it sparks/sizzles when d blue tries to invade the area. There's also a black wire that is hanging out unattached. So far, I don't see an empty spot in any of the connectors at the column. Idk where to begin with relay testing but fuses/mini-fuses look to b fine. Can anyone help me find a diagram (or some knowledge!) as the net refuses to cooperate with specifics.
