Headlight wire colors

I need to now the wire color components from my 2001 e350 to hardwire a upgrade kit from a 2014 e450 that has different wire colors then my 2001' which I'm using.

Hi,

If you look at the pics below, I attached the wiring schematic for the headlamp system. One of the wires will be light green with a black tracer, and the other will be red with a black tracer. I highlighted the wires where they meet the headlamps. (pic 2)
