Passenger side low beam will not turn on

Check the ground wire from the light to the FCM. You can just jumper to ground right off the black/light green wire at the bulb socket. Next check right behind the bulb socket for power on the white/dark blue wire, it could be a bad connector right at the bulb. Have seen that multiple times. Also check at the FCM for the same voltage or lack of on that same wire. If no voltage on that wire at the FCM, replace the FCM for a faulty L-low beam driver transistor. The switch is not the issue as it simply toggles a data point in the FCM to switch beams.

Good luck, here's hoping it's just a bad connector. I find a lot of them on Jeeps and Chrysler products in general around the 1998-2004 years. Not sure if it's bad wire or the crimps were made to tight and it shears the wires enough that vibration breaks them off.

Turned out to be a open circuit between the FCM and right low beam. Ran a new wire from FCM to right side low beam. Check engine light or the you have a bulb out light staying off and the low beam is working now. Thanks Steve A. for pointing out where to look.

Good job, For some reason Chrysler had a wire issue in that time frame. I find a lot of breaks and faults with wires that visually appear fine, but are broken inside the insulation. Even in areas that don't flex much or at all.
