Headlight adjustments

Hello, again friends, I have a strange question, I was trying to adjust the horizontal and vertical position, but it seems as though no matter which control i use it only moves up/down? Am I crazy or just doing it wrong?

Hello,

There are two adjusting screws one for the vertical and other horizontal. The horizontal one is located closer to the fender.

I have attached the headlight aiming process and the screws' location below.

Okay, I will take some pics of the adjusters that I have from my viewpoint there is only one spot for the adjusters, all in same area, one screw is up top, the other down a bit lower toward engine but all in same housing. Like I mentioned i tried both (top and bottom) but both seem to only adjust horizontal alignment. But I will give it another shot and take some pics and be back later. Thanks
