I've looked at all 3 fuse panels and cannot find it. Pulled every fuse in the panel under the hood and the good headlight never went out.

Hello,
The head light fuse should be on the fuse panel under the hood. See diagram below. There are 4 fuses, 2 for low beams and 2 for high beams. Fuse number F31,F32, F36, F37.
