Why does my headlight does not work even after changing the bulb and fuses?

So this happens when the IPDM goes out which is common because it has internal relays that control the headlights, I have included in the images how to replace the IPDM to fix the problem which is easy because there is no programming needed and the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
