My headlamps is only working on bright in positions of dim, when i try to put it on bright it went off.

Hello,
The Toyota Tazz, South African model, is based on the Toyota Corolla E90.
The low beam and high beam head lights are switched on separate ground points through the head light switch. At the headlight switch pin 13 switches the low beam and pin 14 switches the high beam
The headlight relay is common to both circuits.
You can try and test the headlights by disconnecting the headlight switch and ground pins 13 or 14 to see if the headlights work as they should, both wires should be red/white.
