High beams work low beam does not?

First we need to check the 5 fuses that run the system, # 3, 9, 8, 24 in the interior fuse panel and fuse # 52 in the under-hood fuse panel. Here is a guide to help and I have included the fuse locations and the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:
