Headlamp not working when bright lights are engaged

Headlights work on dim yet the do not work on bright light. I have replaced the bulbs and also a seared connector for one headlamp. Also checked the headlamp fuses under the hood which all are good. Could you help me solve this issue please?

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like it might be your headlight high beam relay.Here is a tutorial showing how to test a relay .

I've attached a picture below of it's description and location under hood in the fuse/relay box.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
