Left side headlights are dim?

Let's start by checking the fuse DRL/EXT LTS 15-amp fuse which is located by the left front shock tower under the hood. Here is a guide to help you with the fuse locations in the diagrams below. Also, i have included the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
