Water in oil after engine temperature went up

Yes, this is more than likely a head gasket failure. The other choices are a cracked cylinder head or a cracked engine block, but, more than likely, it's a blown head gasket. What happens is when your vehicle's engine overheats the aluminum cylinder will warp because aluminum has a low melting point, around 900 degrees, so overheating will cause it to warp. Once it starts to warp the cylinder head will try to pull away from the cast iron block and the integrity of the head gasket will be compromised. Here is a link explaining everything:

it has not overheated but water definitely is in oil . even see water droplets on the cap.
