Head bolts

I am doing a head gasket on this car. I bought new bolts with the head gasket.Two of the ten head bolts are longer. Does anyone know where they go specifically? I found that one goes in the bottom right hand corner the hard way. I had put a shorter one in there and when torquing the bolts down#7 bolt popped and came out of the hole.So I got looking at the old head bolts and noticed two bolts being longer than the other eight. Please help,I can't find this information anywhere online!

Welcome to 2CarPros. From looking at the book it looks like they both go into the end holes on the thermostat end of the engine. The sets I find seem to be all the longer bolts so this doesn't become a problem.

Thank you so much, thank goodness there were enough threads left in the hole that I was able torque it down to 49ft lbs on the last pass! But now I'm setting the timing and the motor won't turn all the way.I have my breaker bar and socket on the crank bolt and I am turning it to get to TDC and it stops like something is in there stopping it when cylinder two and three come up to TDC? Would you happen to know why that is?

Either the engine isn't timed correctly or something in one of the cylinders. Have you installed the timing belt yet or the cam? That could put the valves in the way. What you can do if you are trying to get it to cylinder one TDC but the engine won't turn over is to rotate the cam in the same direction as the crank and watch the valves, you can then rotate them together until you get the crank to TDC, then back it off 90 degrees. Then you should be able to line up the cam and crank and get it in time.
