head bolt torque specs

Replacing head bolts (new) but need to find out what are the torque specs.

RIVERMIKERAT

18 ft.lbs. Then another 60 degrees. And then another 45 degrees. Follow the pattern in the image.

I forgot to add the bolt size is 12.
