Hazard/turn signal flasher location needed

Vehicle is a S15 Jimmy. I am trying to locate where the flashers are for the hazard lights and the turn signals. Brake lights, turn signals and hazard lights do not work.Taillight bulbs have been replaced. Rear running lights work. I have replaced the brake switch and the combination switch as well as the relay behind the glove box.
I have the lower dash panels removed and am unable to find the hazard and turn signal flashers. Help please.

Hi,

The signal flasher is located under the dash on the passenger side of the vehicle. I attached a pic below and highlighted the component.

Let me know if this helps. If you replace it and still have problems, let me know and I'll help you go through the wiring schematics to determine possible causes.

I've replaced that one. There is pair behind the ashtray on the backside of the distribution box. I consulted with a GM parts representative this morning. He sent an illustration to me. I will try to get to it and see if what he told me is accurate.
