I used my flashers turned them off and could still hear the blinking sound as if they were on. Then I turned my light switch and the dash lights kept flashing.

Hello,

It sounds like the flasher relay is sticking can you remove the relay to see if the sound stops? Here is the location of the relay on the drivers side by the kick panel.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

I looked online for some Information and it said to lock and unlock my door then start it and I tried it and it seems to be fine now.
