Hello, the vehicle hazard light is not functioning when the button has been pressed but both the left and right turn signal lights are functioning. What could be the cause?
Could I get I wire diagram for this?

Thank you very much.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a hybrid or not. I went with a non-hybrid.

There is a fuse specific to the hazard lights. It's fuse 15 in the under-hood fuse box. However, I believe that is for the signals as well. If they are working, I suspect it will be good.

I attached the wiring schematic for you below. As always, I cut it in half but overlapped it so you can follow from one to the next.

Let me know if this helps.

Take care,

Joe

The hazard fuse is okay, I wanted to test the hazard switch but when I removed it. It was assembly. I don't know how to test it and there are two red wires on the connectors, if I have to use the wire diagram.

Hi,

I see that. I do see two reds going into the center JB in the schematic. Do me a favor. Take a look at the diagnostics for the hazard lights circuit below. One is for a vehicle with navigation and the other is for one without.

Let me know if you are able to test from that information.

Take care,

joe

Thank you very much for the information.
From the picture that I sent, it seems that the vehicle that I am working on is without navigation, if I am right?
Then from the guide, does it mean that if the switch is bad, the A/C assembly will be replaced, or can the hazard switch be replaced alone?

Hi,

You should be able to replace only the switch. It has been a while since I've seen one of these, but the switch should be separate.

Hi,

With the switch off and on, you are checking resistance as indicated in pic 2 above. Is that what you needed?

Let me know.

Good morning, sir,
That is not what I needed.
I mean two different connectors entered the A/C assembly. Which of the two shall we test for?

Hi,

See pics below. When determining pins, turn the connector in the same direction as indicated in the pic.

Let me know if that is what is needed.

Take care,

joe

Hi,

The signal flasher is under the dash on the left side next to the IP junction box. See pics 1 and 2 below. Pic 3 provides the part number and what it looks like.

Let me know if this helps.
