Have a p0446 code

my car has been sitting for about 9 months. the check engine light was on I had it shut off and it's still p0446. I just replace the vent valve canister solenoid the PVC valve SS catalytic and evap it's incomplete. what do I to do? I have 10 days before I have to get tags.
my temperature tag is about up I need to go through DEQ.
