Will not stay running, possible security issue

Well, what happened me and my gal fell asleep in there one night for a bit car running windows down and doors locked. had it towed to the garage and has a new starter now plugs and wires and tune up. I've done everything to reset the security system and it won't between me and my mechanic can't figure it out. but the car starts for like about a minute and stalls any ideas so I can try to get it going and help my mechanic figure something out.
