Hard starting sometimes and Slight rough idle slow speeds

Most of the time starts fine. At times will crank, stop, crank, stop and then third time it will start. Replaced fuel pressure regulator. Not much different.

Install a fuel pressure gauge and measure the actual fuel pressure when it does not start. Key on engine off should measure between 40 - 47 psi. If pressure is good then verify you have spark coming out the wires. Also if you can, see if you can have the computer scanned for any pending or permanent fault codes.
