pressure is ok test to see if it holds preossure for at least 5 minutes if not it may be a bad regulator otherwise scan for codes and check crank sensor.

Fuel pressure drops from 45 to 30 psi in five minutes. Where is crankshaft positioning sensor located?

I replaced the crankshaft sensor. But I still have the same problem.

fuel pressure shouldn't drop 15 ppsi in five minutes should be 10 or less check your regulator

no at shutdown if you rev engine fuel pressure going up will be normal but not by a lot.
