This car drives excellent, no issues, no malfunction messages, but if i leave it parked couple of days or so and i go start it it takes forever to start, she just keeps turning. the battery is strong but because i keep trying to start it it will discharge a bit. so i out a jumper box and jeep trying with gas pedal all he way to he floor until it starts to want to start and then it shuts off, no issues after that.

If you have a scanner I would recommend you scan for fault codes. If you do not have a code reader, most parts stores can do it for you or rent you one. If you do have one or rent a scanner then here is a link on how to retrieve the fault codes. If you have codes post them on here. Also try to get a scanner with live data as well. Keep us posted please.

finally started after having a jumper, took forever, then was in a limp mode and barely moving with brake and traction lights on, I know these lights come on when battery was drained, until the battery charges, and would not rev up, if you do it will hesitate badly and rpm jumps, got home, turned it off, started right up and all lights gone and revs normally.

The first code you posted is what you need to focus on. The scanner you have is a little more advanced so it gives manufacturers specific codes. If you can get a generic code it makes it a little easier to pinpoint the area to diagnose.

For this fault code here is what they have for possible causes from the BMW repair guide.

Condition for fault identification
 Test condition:
 Throttle valve not without current
Driver torque demand is being exceeded
 Terminal condition: Terminal 15 ON
 Voltage condition:
Voltage in onboard electrical system >= 10 V

Condition for fault memory entry
 480 ms

Action in service
Check mass airflow system (vacuum leaks, VVT, VANOS,
 throttle valve...)
If frequency is >=3 Replace DME

The first thing you need to do is have the battery fully charged and tested with a battery tester. If cranking voltage is below 10 volts then it will struggle to start. Your local parts store can do a battery and cranking test to verify battery health.

Now the test needs to be done at the battery. If they do not connect the tester at the battery then the test results will not be valid. Have the battery load tested and cranking voltage test results posted and we can proceed from there. If the battery fails then that will be your most likely failure.
