It's giving me hard start unless I use quick start that's when it can start. it's a 2az engine.

Hi,
It could be a few things such as low fuel pressure, a coolant temperature sensor issue, and so on.
Lets start simple. Try this and let me know if changes things:
1) Turn the key to the run position (engine off) and count to 5.
2) Turn the key off and repeat step 1 a total of 4 times.
3) On the 5th time, see if it starts easily.

Let me know the results. Also, let me know if the check engine light stays on when the vehicle is running and if the coolant temperature gauge seems accurate.
