Refuses to start

The car stopped went off. when I try to reverse last year November I tried to start it but no luck. I found out that my petrol pump was not working. I replaced it and pour in the very same petrol that was in and petrol pump is working, but now it refuses to start.

When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds? How does the engine sound when cranking over? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. I need to see and hear the engine cranking over to make sure the engine is still good then we can go from there.
