Hard shifting and ECC not working

Was this doing the same thing before you cleaned the sensor or did the issue change when you cleaned it?

Just based on this info I would think the throttle valve is the issue causing a potential pressure issue. Depending on what we find with the line pressure and if this issue was changed, we can go in different directions.

I attached some info for your review and let me know about this info and we can go from there.

Before I cleaned the sensor and changed the transmission filter it wouldn't shift at all. now it's hard shifting out of first and and I have no power to the ECC display no of it works at all checked fuses wiring nothing jumped out expect may a small bulb and I replaced it and still no power. I understand what you were saying in the first pic the diagram. however was hard for me to get. thanks do much.

With that info, what was the condition of the fluid when you changed the filter? I suspect you are going to need an overhaul of the transmission due to it not shifting and now it is better. However, hard shifting indicates internal clutch/fluid issues, or control issues.

This is why we need to know the condition of the fluid. Was it dark and smell burnt?

It was dark but It just smelled like old transmission fluid. I didn't drive a lit today but what little I did it seemed to shift easier but still hard and now the ECC is out and it wont crank half the time after it sets for a while it seems to help if I move the steering wheel up and down but am not sure if that has anything to do with it. When I turn it over I either get nothing or it just make like a clunk sound like it's no got enough power to crank.

Okay. We need to start a new post with the no start issue because we need to keep each post to one issue. I suspect the no start is related to the steering moving up and down but it is not related to the trans issue which is why we need to start a new post to handle that issue. Clearly if that issue is preventing us from driving it then we need to solve that one and then come back to the shifting.

However, I still think are going to need to overhaul the unit just based on the fact that the fluid made a difference.

Okay, I am sorry. okay, the starting issue is the worst atm I think when I go to leave most of the time it takes 3 to 5 tries to get it to turn all he way over and start when it does not start I get like a click sound but that's it not clicking almost like a clunk kind of how it is if your battery is dead and it don't have enough power to crank. on a bad day it could take 10 to 15 tries and moving the steering wheel seems to help sometimes usually after it runs for a while. I don't have the issue the rest of the day until the next morning after it has set for a while. thanks so much for your help and patience with me.

That sounds like the starter is failing. That is pretty typical of when it starts to fail.
