Good afternoon,
This sounds like the stabilizer link kits. If they wear out or break, it will allow the suspension to be unstable.
I attached a picture of the part below. To remove it, you need to release the nut on the top and on the bottom. Then the link can be removed.
Replace with a new link and torque the nuts to 22 pounds.
