Had small leak but truck ran great

Had antifreeze leak from front of intake so changed the seals and intake gasket. Now it runs very rough and sluggish. I have disconnected each coil one at a time and no difference in the way it runs. I also disconnected mass airflow and the throttle body and still no difference in the way it runs. please help.
