Gurgling/bubbling noise and whining noise while driving

I just noticed my car started having a bubbling sound when I shut off the car, it sounded like it was overheating , but it was at normal temperature on the gauge. Then while driving it started making a whining noise and was louder as I accelerated.

Can I ask if it does make the noise when the AC is off? I am thinking the noise is the AC system depressurizing when the engine is shut off which is normal. The whining noise sounds like the serpentine belt needs to be replaced. But to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
