My car is making grinding sound in first and reverse gear at little up hill or load. But gears are smooth clutch is okay and no issues in normal condition only in load it's grinding on releasing in first and reverse gear.

Hello,

This means the engine mounts are bad enough to allow the engine to move too much and something is contacting the frame such as the exhaust system or the counter shaft bearing have done bad inside the transmission, it will need a rebuild, sorry. I would check for excessive engine movement when under load. Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
