Grinding noise when started?

Hi,

Is it possible for you to record what it is doing and upload it for me to hear? I ask because there are many different things that can cause a grinding sound. For example, a starter motor that isn't fully disengaging, a faulty belt-driven accessory, and several other things.

If I could hear it, it would help me narrow things down.

It is definitely internal my water pump went out which leaked, and antifreeze moved with oil and seized the motor. I put diesel fuel in the spark plug holes waited a day and got the motor unseized, drained oil pan, put a water pump on, oil pump, timing chain, and guides, also a new tensioner cam sensor and oil pressure sensor spark plugs and oil and oil filter tried to start it and it cranks but no start sprayed starter fluid in cold air and still nothing then unplugged cam sensor and tried starting it and that's when it started and was making a metal to metal grinding noise shut the motor off and that's where I'm at and can't get it to start.

The idea that it was seized, you broke it free, and it made a metal-to-metal sound is a concern. There could have been damage to the cylinder walls or even the rings.

Since it won't start with starting fluid, confirm there is an ignition spark to the plugs.
