Grinding noise from power steering?

Whether the car is on the ground or up in the air, this power steering is electronic so there is no fluid. I put my hand on it and definitely coming from it. This is an AWD car. No noise from axles. Never had one that did this. Not sure if there is a TSB on it or something. Here are the codes i pulled. Not sure if related to it.

These codes may be related so let's fix the grinding noise for the steering and then clear the codes. Here is how to change out the steering rack and how to reprogram it once the job is completed, also you will need to get the car realigned. Check out the images (below). no way for it to come off unless something else is removed, they did not say anything about raising motor or removing fan, not sure, but there is definitely no way.

*lower front axle support, what is that?
*remove anti roll bar...does that mean the top ones on top of the engine?
