There is a grinding noise coming from the passenger side front wheel. The noise only happens occasionally when accelerating from a stop, and always when turning left with my foot on the gas. If I am braking or just turning with momentum of the vehicle then the sound does not occur. I already replaced a CV joint, but it did nothing. When I lifted the vehicle up, and shook the wheel, it was not loose.

No. The sound is definitely coming from the passenger side, people say they can feel the grinding by their feet. And besides checking for play in the wheel, i am unsure how to check the bearings.

You could have a broken clasped engine or transmission mount.

Even if it only does it when turning left? It makes no noise when accelerating while turning right.

Yes, things shift when turning and hitting the gas.

I have seen that happen before with only turning one direction and hitting the gas and having that happen.

With that many miles there is a good chance you have more then one bad mount. Rockauto.com has great prices on mounts and other parts.
