Grinding Noise

I have a grinding noise when I start up my car after it has been sitting for at least six hours. The grinding sound only lasts a second. I also have a small grinding sound when I accelerate and that only lasts for the first little bit. I have replaced all motor mounts.

it may be an internal engine noise with stuff like this it is better to have a local mechanic check it out.
