Grinding Metal Sound around Tire

I have 1.5 inch wheel spacers on 33 inch tires. Every time I take a sharp right or left turn , my left wheel makes this nasty rubbing or grinding noise. It is not rubbing the fender or touching anything. I had them professionally installed and they don't know the problem. What could be the problem with it?

make sure the spacers are tight and are you positive nothing is touching? it may be the wheel is out to far and it's wheel bearings you are hearing making noise.
