Grinding felt in pedals when turning or accelerating?

there's a scrape/grinding sound that first came only when turning right when accelerating, usually if pulling out of a parking space and feel it in the pedal. If I let go of the gas and then continued to accelerate again it would stop. I thought it was a transmission issue but after replacing it the sound came back 2 weeks later but now it does it when i turn either way or go over bumps and i have to press the gas extremely slow if I'm starting to drive from a complete stop because if i don't it will do it again. The closest thing I can say it sounds like is the sound a car makes when shifting wrong on a manual car. I've replaced the front struts but that didn't fix it, it's been getting worse, and it started maybe 3 months ago. I replaced the rotors, brake pads and tires 2 months ago and there were no issues reported to me after the diagnostics on that visit. Also, when the noise happens the car kind of shudders or jerks a little bit, kind of like something slipped and its trying to catch itself. i don't know if that helps but thank you in advance for any help. I tried recording the sound and learned my phone would only pick it up from the dash area not under by the pedals. i attached the audio.
