I read a similar post that had the same problem as me but I think they had a different tranny. Mine is the m75 so I was wondering if that could still be the case with my car. Your response was something to do with flushing the transaxle oil cooler and replacing the lines? I sure hope so because everyone else said my tranny must be shot but when this happened to me I was driving it and I just don't feel that it's the transmission. Thank you!

Sorry I never got a email that you responded if you have the quad coupe you have the vti transmission I was saying the most common repair is replace the transmission cooler lines flush cooler and replace the transmission side cover. The cover has the two sheeves/pulleys input and output shafts belt etc. Before that a pressure test must be done to make sure the pressures are good so the new side cover isnt damaged by a pressure issue you have. Its really common for bad side covers. Not so much on the ions as the vues with the same transmission. Do you have any codes in the computer?
