tailgate will not unlock after locking

Hello, I replaced the actuator today in the rear tailgate but it did not solve my problem. The key fob will lock the back hatch and window but will not unlock it.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes, is sounds like you have a unlock relay that is not working. Here is a guide to help test it:

Here are the wiring diagrams and relay location so you can see how the system works and to replace the relay. The relay is in the interior fuse panel.
