2003 GMC Yukon Turn Signal Malfunction

2003 YUKON XL. WIth the turn signal on, when the brake is applied the turn signal stops blinking...remains on however, just does not blink. ALso, when the cruise control is on and the turn signal is turned on to change lanes, the cruise control kicks off.

Any suggestions?

Check all bulbs to be sure they are good, sounds like on may be bad.Depending on how the bulb shorts, it may be causing the cruise problem too, it all is hooked to the brake light switch

No joy, all bulbs check sat. Additionally, when the turn signal is on, all the lights on the back end are blinking. On the right turn signal the dash turn signal indicator is blank now also. ANy other thoughts would be appreciated.

Looks like itis going to be the turn signal/flasher module most likely.That is about all I can see that could light up all rear lights when only one direction is on
