Do these high performance plugs, guaranteed for 100000 miles, need to be changed then or how much longer can one go?

they can easily go over that, really depends on how your driving, or if your maintained the vehicle
should go over 100k but i would change them as when they get there, they are not as efficent as they used to be, and you will want the most efficent engine possible.
