I have had recent problems with my '03 Yukon XL not idling correctly, or idling too low and dying. Also, when traveling at normal speeds, the engine will loose power and stall. It also will stall when coming to a stop, or slowing down, if you do not keep your foot slightly on the gas to keep the RPMs around 1000. The ck engine light comes on occasionally. The computer codes are for 2 of the MAF sensors. The technician tells me that there are 4 on this model, and that they must be replaced in pairs. Is this correct, or can I replace the 2 that the codes are reading bad for? And, does this sound like a problem that the MAF sensor being bad would cause?

I think either you or your tech. are confusing MAF sensors for oxygen sensors.

You only have one MAF sensor, but you have four oxygen sensors.
