1999 GMC Yukon jerking on me when driving down road

after i put in gas treatment, and Fuel Injector & Carburetor Treatment. it start jerking on me when driving down the road . this is the first time using Fuel injector and carburetor treament. never had problems with gas treatment. i just wondering what can cause this problem.

Check the fuel pressure fuel pump could be failing or all that debris went forward and partially clogged up the fuel filter.

my yukon still jerks when going down the road. but i have chage the fuel filter! but i use cleaners in the gas. could that be the problem???? this is the first time using the cleaner in the yukon.....im going to burn the gas out, then refill it to see that help....
