Windshield wipers cut in and out (regardless of speed) when it rains. Can be non-working for several minutes then begin working again when I use turnsignal or turn or hit a bump etc. Acts like a loose connection somewhere. However, the wipers work very well when it is not raining ?? My mechanic tells me he can't really check problem because he can't make the wipers not work??? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
