Will the engine from a 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 5.7l direct swap with a 1995 gmc yukon 4x4 5.7L?

They are not direct swap. Don't get me wrong, it can be installed in the Yukon, but you have to re-use the original manifold, valve cover, a few other accessories, and possibly the ECM.
