I HAVE A NEW ENGINE THAT RUNS RUFF AND BACKFIRES, HAS THE RAW GAS SMELL AND I GET CODE P1345

That is a fuel system code, but there is more you need to know. Get a parts store to do a full scan, and they can tell you what is wrong, and what part or parts it will take to fix it. They don't usually charge for this because they want you to buy the part from them.
