Can I get the firing order on the distributor and spark plugs?

I am attaching the firing order for the 5.0L and 5.7L as they are the same.

Please run through this and let us know what other info you need.

As you will see in the diagram you have the location of cylinder one on both the cap and where it is on the engine. Then clearly you follow the cap around clockwise in the firing order that is called out.
