If there is a large local library that serves your county, some of these libraries have automotive databases, I believe you can access it from your home computer and it is free, I believe. There are premium automotive sites where you can find anything you want. It will cost you.
I started to post a picture of your steering column assembly, but the writing and picture is so small, you can't tell much about it.
